Jacket: It’s recommended to bring a jacket or additional clothing as weather conditions may change.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund Policy
• 0% Refund: No refund for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure.
• 100% Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours before departure will be refunded in full, minus a non-refundable processing fee of €7 per ticket.
Booking Policy for Private Cruises:
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% is required. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Please be aware that the 30% deposit is non-refundable. In case you need to change your booking due to unexpected events, we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
